Based on "sightings" of both, I'd have to say Bigfoot, as all the pictures I've seen of Chupacabras make them out to look like sickly bull terriers. And anyone who has seen a great ape when it's angry will know that if a bull terrier (sickly or not) tried to take on a mad orangutan, it would have its head popped off before you could say "Spuds MacKenzie".
